The Healthy Eye Clinic
Replace your cloudy lens with a state-of-the-art Intraocular Lens (IOL). Restore crystal clear vision, correct astigmatism, and reduce dependency on glasses.
A cataract is a gradual clouding of the eye's natural lens, which lies behind the iris and pupil. It is a natural part of the aging process, scattering light as it enters the eye and causing blurry vision, glare, halos around lights at night, and faded color perception.
Cataract surgery is a safe, highly effective procedure where the cloudy natural lens is removed and replaced with a clear artificial lens called an Intraocular Lens (IOL). With modern micro-incision techniques, Dr. Adeel performs this surgery in under 15 minutes per eye, enabling quick recovery and excellent visual outcomes.
We offer advanced artificial lenses tailored to your lifestyle and visual preferences, helping you see clearly at any distance.

At The Healthy Eye Clinic, we utilize the gold-standard surgical technique known as Phacoemulsification (fey-coh-ee-mul-suh-fih-key-shun). Here's how the micro-incision procedure works:
The surgery takes 10 to 15 minutes. Numbing drops are used. You can return home immediately after a brief rest. Visual colors might look brighter right away.
We check your eye pressure and lens placement. Blurry vision is normal initially as the pupil remains dilated. Most patients report a massive jump in clarity.
Eye drops are used to prevent infection and control inflammation. You can resume light walking, reading, and watching TV. Avoid heavy lifting and rubbing your eye.
The eye is fully healed. If reading or driving glasses are still required (common with monofocal lenses), the final prescription is measured now.
